The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a vital role in JSG's global finance transformation initiative to enhance the insightfulness of reporting to Senior Leadership and streamline the budgeting and forecasting processes. This person will be responsible for providing ad hoc reporting to the CFO and private equity owners on a regular basis, facilitating development of the annual budget process, partnering with the business unit finance leaders, coordinating / writing executive reports for the Board of Directors and supporting Executive Leadership on potential M&A opportunities. The individual will help drive analytics-based decision-making with a focus on leveraging PowerBI to help drive more science-based decision making. Position will also play a critical role in supporting JSG's acquisition integrations.

About the Team:

The FP&A Manager will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A. This position will not have direct supervisory responsibilities. However, this person will coordinate with the controller groups at each of the Company's operating units and act as a liaison with the Company's internal and external stakeholders. As a member of our Finance team, you will also work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Actively involved in the preparation and analysis of monthly management reporting responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and construct reports in OneStream, JSG's management reporting & planning tool
  • Key business partner helping to further develop our analytics-based approach to decision making; partner with IT and other business functions to continue to build out PowerBI, JSG's sales analytics tool
  • Partner with the corporate finance organization, the segment finance leads, the supply chain organization, IT, sales & marketing and the CFO to improve budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support and help lead the annual budgeting process
  • Provide financial analysis support for global operations, including ad-hoc analysis for board packages, review of cost savings proposals and other business analysis
  • Assist the Vice President of FP&A and CFO with financial due diligence and assessment of potential M&A targets
  • Support M&A integrations
  • Prepare other ad hoc analyses, as needed


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • A passionate and ambitious professional with a Bachelor's Degree in finance/accounting or related field; MBA or CPA a plus, but not required
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of overall experience in finance and accounting
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and across departments
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and FP&A Consolidation Systems (e.g., OneStream, BPC, Hyperion Planning, Planful, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous process improvement mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present data and information clearly to a non-finance audience
  • Assertive, action oriented, hands-on, "roll up your sleeves"-type approach
  • Energetic, strong work ethic, resilient, collaborative, ability to juggle multiple projects at once and personally committed to achieving success


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Previous experience working at a PE-owned manufacturing company preferred
  • Previous experience working in FP&A and/or transaction advisory services preferred
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
  • Experience with financial modeling preferred
  • Experience operating in an international/global business environment


Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
