Position Summary THIS IS A WORK STUDY ONLY POSITION
The Office of Education is located in UNM
Hospital, Internal Medicine (IM) Department and is responsible for the IM
Residency Program and Undergraduate Medical Education (Medical. Students). This
position will provide administrative support to both programs, upper-level
management and staff with the daily demands of day-to -day operations. To
include, basic office support, answering phones, directing callers, checking
and responding to voicemail, greeting and directing visitors (when we resume
in-person operations), answering questing and performing routine, clerical,
data entry, sorting mail, filing, send basic correspondence, maintaining
databases and the Internal Medicine Website. This position will require
attention to detail, consistent availability and ability to work independently.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and data management systems.
  • Telephone skills.
  • Strong Customer Services Skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Data Entry Skills
