Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Reassess treatment effectiveness
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations
• Collaborate with the treatment team and families

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state license and CPR certification
• 1+ year of experience
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
