JOB SUMMARY: Under direction this position monitor and support grants and contracts awarded to IRSC to ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Collaborate with project managers and grant teams to ensure project compliance. Analyze and oversee grant performance. Collaborate with Project Directors with reporting requirements by creating and analyzing reports and the associated data. Develop, maintain, and oversee a reporting database for all grant funded projects at IRSC under Workforce Education. Comply with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA - 34 CFR Part 99). Act as liaison between Grants Development and Grants Management offices. Track, monitor, and prepare reports and schedules for grants and scholarships. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and carry items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
