Pay | $17 - $21 per hour

Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of related experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Basic math skills including accurately reading a tape measure and performing basic addition and subtraction
  • The ability to occasionally lift 100 pounds


General Maintenance Technician Duties

Be responsible for checking facility equipment daily, making electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment repairs as needed, performing general building maintenance such as painting, replacing lighting components, etc., maintaining buildings and grounds of the facility, removing snow in the winter, communicating with customers and managers to understand work requests, and maintaining other tenant space. Physical requirements include occasionally lifting 100 pounds.
