Responsibilities

Arcfield is looking for a Systems Integrator with project management, property management and analytical knowledge. We are looking for candidates who are creative, self-driven, curious, people-oriented and comfortable defining a path through ambiguity towards high-level goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, and the ability to execute our Sponsor's mission.

  • Coordinate and plan for program and organizational engineering review boards and other technical forums.
  • Provide technical insights and guidance during program reviews, organizational engineering review boards, and other technical forums.
  • Support technical communications efforts with the Sponsor and related mission partners.
  • Provide input and assistance to prepare program/project briefs, compose project reports and documents, and other project related materials.
  • Develop and implement essential program management processes, including requirements, resources, schedules, configuration, and risk management processes.
  • Support the analysis and evaluation of legacy business processes and the design, engineering and implementation of improved processes.
  • Advise and assist with project prioritization, recommend appropriate resource allocations, develop and maintain baseline estimates, develop project output measurements, and develop achievability indexes.
  • Develop and maintain strategic and project management plans, milestones, status reports, performance metrics, program management and technical delivery approaches, and security.
  • Specify intelligence related analysis and target review requirements supporting technical objectives, such as understanding the technical environment, the ecosystem, or specific actors relevant to the assigned analysis portfolio or mission.
  • Establish, provide, and maintain configuration management plans and documentation of MOAs and MOUs.
  • Define conceptual models that outline the structure, behavior, and alternatives within a system or process.
  • Create formal descriptions and representations of systems and processes, organized in a way that supports reasoning of the structures such systems or processes.
  • Aggregate technical data to extract meaningful content for application.
  • Create complete and dynamic data visualizations supporting analysis and decision-making.
  • Provide technical writing, editing, and documenting technical requirements and mission highlights.
  • Conduct property management including issuing, loaning, transferring, receiving, updating locations, and disposing of property.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
  • Excellent writing skills and grasp of technical writing styles.
  • Ability to analyze existing technologies and processes and develop improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully meet project specifications.
  • Ability to apply visualization techniques.
  • Experience evaluating and prioritizing all incoming tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, sponsors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle (project updates, scope changes, challenges, date changes).
  • Experience in property management and applying Sponsor's policies.
