Position Title: Customer Service/Technical Representative
Wage: $45,000-$48,000/year Shift: 1st Hours: 8am-5pm QPS has a direct hire opportunity available for a dedicated worker with great communication skills and a background in construction or carpentry experience. This is a Customer Service/Technical Representative role for a company in Kansas City, MO. Please contact our office to learn more about this career opportunity. Customer Service/Technical Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product line - Assist customers with quotes and take-offs - Process orders - Enter orders into Jobboss & Monday - Coordinate order shipments from the warehouses - Track order progress - Discuss installation procedures with customers - Assist with product inventory management - Manage leads Customer Service/Technical Representative Requirements: - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to sit for extended periods - Proficiency in computer skills - Strong math skills - Construction background preferred - Ability to read blueprints is a plus QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
