Joining Collibra's Workplace team

Workplace Managers at Collibra are responsible for:



  • Acting as a Workplace ambassador: Build relationships with local leaders, serve as the point of contact for workplace needs, and ensure a positive, professional, and functional space for both employees and guests.
  • Overseeing daily operations: Be present in the office five days a week, manage workplace operations, and support everything from emergency plans to repairs and maintenance.
  • Managing supplies and vendor relationships: Coordinate the procurement of supplies, maintain vendor partnerships, and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborating across teams: Participate in site visits, contribute to employee experience projects, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at fostering a connected, collaborative culture.


You have:



  • At least three years of experience in a workplace role.
  • Documented processes for workplace operations.
  • Managed office operations and partnered with vendors to ensure the proper maintenance of a space and the systems in it.
  • Experience working within SLAs and using a service desk platform.
  • A history of delivering engaging, positive workplace experiences.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Measures of success:



  • Within your first month, you will meet the team, build relationships with partners/vendors, and familiarize yourself with existing workplace programs and procedures.
  • By your third month, you will have identified opportunities for improving office operations and successfully implemented one or more enhancements, contributing to a more seamless and efficient workplace experience.
  • By your sixth month, you will have successfully implemented improvements to daily operations and contributed to key initiatives that have enhanced the employee experience in the office.


Compensation for this role

The standard rate for this position is $30.76 - 38.46 per hour. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Hourly rates are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
