Supervisor - STB Storage

The primary focus will be to provide oversight for day to day operations at Energy Transfer's Spindletop Storage Facility in Beaumont, Texas involving storage and pipelines to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This position will be responsible for managing the operations of the facility which includes regulatory record keeping, customer relations, daily operations, assisting engineering and maintenance with projects, hiring, and performance management.

• Ensuring established regulatory, environmental, and safety standards are maintained
• Responsible for ensuring a safe & reliable work operations of the facility for the (internal and external) workforce by conducting drills and coordinating training efforts.
• Supervise subordinates in performing their job duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Administer performance reviews for subordinates and administer disciplinary action as needed
• Maintain departmental manuals, procedures, and compliance records
• Develop and administer training courses to ensure personnel qualifications are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Develops and maintains operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Ensures operating parameters are within the limits of the design of the equipment
• Assist in PHA's, MOCs and PSSRs for new projects and startups procedures
