Location Raymond, Ohio Key Accountabilities Lead organization to establish business plan, achieve KPIs: conduct PDCA, prepare reports, identify, and implement activities for gap areas. Manage resource planning and administration resources for B/U Budget, Safety, Risk management, Facilities and administration support. Lead and innovate business characteristic improvement at Unit level: identify gaps, create strategic business themes and proposals, prepare for work environment changes such as new technology introduction, business scope expansion, workload fluctuation, budget constraints. Responsible for associate development and growth of direct reports including operational and technical perspectives. Provide direct and indirect mentoring for related organization members. Manage work output approvals, clearly and concisely communicate to staff, enforce policy and process, develop and manage budget, allocate resources within organization. Qualifications, Experience and Skills BS Engineering/Business or equivalent related experience 12+ years Strategic, analytical, communication, and reporting skills Workstyle Travel to various NA plants, supplier or affiliates will be required Potential for overseas travel for Global Quality activity Expected 5-10 hours of overtime per week as needed Benefits and Total Rewards What differentiates Honda and make us an employer of choice?
