ServiceNow Process Support Specialist

What's the role?

As the ServiceNow Process Support Specialist you will provide process support for the Application Portfolio Management team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and report on process activities from end to end

* Document and maintain the process map

* Train resources assigned to the process

* Review and resolve process issues

* Communicate process changes

* Review key performance indicators and identify improvement activities

* Engage with stakeholders so services run smoothly

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow Admin experience

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Strong technical, written, analytical and verbal skills

• Able to mentor new team members

• Can communicate clearly to the business

• Able to independently lead small and medium sized projects

Preferred

• Application Portfolio and/or Configuration Management experience
