Your tasks Trains, instructs, oversees and relieves associates whenever needed. Ensures compliance with Plant Safety practices and quality. Trouble shoots daily operations to resolve problems. Encourages teamwork among work groups and communicates effectively. Works to achieve continuous improvements and updates work instructions. Maintains cycle counts and SAP records. 1st shift Section 6:30am-3pm Pay Rate: $18.50/hour $0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review Who we are looking for High School graduate or equivalent required Preferred experience in a leadership role Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
