About the Role:

The PFSQM (Plant Food and Safety Quality Manage) will activate all necessary levers to guarantee and monitor product and productive process' quality, according to the standard defined in the Ferrero Product Plan (Food Safety & Quality Requirements) and in all the voluntary and compulsory rules, with a focus on hygiene and food safety in addition to product and process quality.

Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular audits, sampling plans, and use company information systems to measure compliance, ensuring effective implementation of FSQ guidelines based on HACCP methodologies (including standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000)

* Maintains all the certifications required by the Group and clients (on quality system, product system, ethic and religion, product like RSPO, etc.) and issues all the necessary certificates for products export and commercialization.

* Lead interaction with public authorities during investigation, controls, and visits. Attends internal and external (certification) authorities for visits and inspections on quality, ethic and religion, hygiene topics.

* Assure the management of all non-compliant materials/ processes (incoming materials, semi-finished and finished goods) and manages exceptions (deviation permits) and non-conformities, activating the escalation process according to the specific corporate procedure.

* Facilitates the application, applies, and maintains updated all the internal regulations (Specifications, frameworks, Sampling plans) and external ones (voluntary and mandatory regulations) related to products, processes, and linked structures.

* Measures the quality level in all transformation process phases (incoming, transformation, finished product release) through sampling plans, audits, and company information systems (SAP QM - IPC - Fenice).

* New Projects, Product Support: Acts as QA representative on multi-functional project teams related to innovations, new production lines to assure integrity of Quality systems and coordinate the CAPEX projects related to Food Safety and Quality.

Who we are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in food science/technology, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* 5 - 7 years' experience in quality roles within structured food companies

* Strong leadership, team management, cross-functional collaboration, decision making, and excellent communication skills.

* Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different functions (Technical Procurement, H&S, Quality, Maintenance, Workplace Management, etc.).

* Strong analytical skills, ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization and in taking decisions independently in line with Group Policies.

* Proactive attitude, result oriented, project ownership, ability to organize independency, able to balance and execute on different projects in parallel.
