Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent comparable technical education and/or 5 years of previous experience + a detailed understanding of combined heat and power and central utility plants + the ability to use precision instruments, interpret system schematic diagrams, and work in a power plant environment Rotating Schedule | 7 days (3 AM - 3 PM), 7 days off, 7 nights (3 PM - 3 AM) Pay | $37.50 per hour Plant Operator Job Duties: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding plant equipment, repairs, and testing procedures. Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative and emergency repairs. Assist with service work. Perform periodic checks on installed equipment for proper functioning. Troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant machinery. Maintain accurate documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Employee Benefits (offered by our partner company)
