Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of training through an accredited trade school/college
• 7 years of previous experience OR training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
• A valid driver's license, fork truck operator license, JLG operator license, and universal CFC certification
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

Be responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and general maintenance on commercial and facility equipment, conducting checks of systems and equipment, installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems, executing tests and analysis of data, monitoring the operation of mechanical, electrical, and other equipment, completing administrative tasks, communicating with other team members to ensure work requests are completed accordingly, managing maintenance projects, and other duties as needed. Must be able to use hand/power tools and lift/move 70 pounds.

Pay | $28 - $32 per hour

1st Shift | Monday - Friday
