POSITION SUMMARY Our General Factory workers support production and machine operations by performing assigned duties that vary with production. This position will report to the Production Supervisor in the Fort Worth, TX Liberty Packaging facility. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain production efficiency and output through supporting order fulfillment and machine operations as needed Support machine operator and assistant machine operator in essential function for continued operations Handle raw material and finished goods in preparation for production or shipment Other duties, as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Prior manufacturing experience preferred High School Diploma preferred PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS Ability to read and write Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds Must be able to work in hot, humid, and cold manufacturing environment Must be able to work in crowded spaces for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to bend and crawl for 7+ hours per shift Must be able to climb ladders for 4+ hours per shift Must be able to stand for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to walk for 6+ hours per shift Must be able to reach and grasp up to 6+ hours per shift Liberty Diversified International is an equal opportunity employer and makes all employment decisions without regard to race, color, sex, religion, age, creed, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, disability, or any other protected class.
