Job Title: Project Manager

Location(s): Thousand Oaks, CA

Responsibilites:



  • Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution and delivery of product team commitments each quarter throughout the year.
  • Facilitate agile practices to enhance team performance and continuous alignment to Operations prioritized agenda.
  • You will work closely with product owner, development team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and digital solutions.
  • Fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement is at the heart of our new ways of working to drive the most impactful work for Operations.
  • Key support will be needed to help define project scope, goals, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resources, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Additional responsibilities will include leading scrum ceremonies and ensuring continuous prioritization of work according to value realization targets.
  • May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates on status, and present outcomes as appropriate.


Skills:


  • Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
  • Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
  • Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business process development best practices, change management
  • Strong MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
  • Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
