What You Will Be Doing Everyday:

As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working with our Restaurant team to ensure that all associates adhere to all service standards. Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Assist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations. Responsible for complete restaurant operation in absence of manager.

You will ensure that servers, bartenders, bussers and food runners adhere to all service standards. You can supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service. Assist the manager to establish and monitor side work duty completion. You review all communication from the previous shift and ensure that there is proper coverage for the floor. You ensure that the restaurant is spotless and ready for service adhering to service standards. You follow all rules, laws, and policies adhering to liquor requirements. Assist the Food & Beverage Manger in conducting menu classes and taste panels. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
