Receptionist (202182)

They have been a trusted name for automotive services for 75 years. They have more than 200 locations in 17 states and are continuing to grow. They focus on building strong customer relationships and providing the highest quality of workmanship on each repair.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
• Greet visitors and walk in traffic
• Data entry
• Sorting, matching and approving accounts payable and receivable invoices
• Speak with vendors and store locations as needed to attain additional information needed on invoices
• Assist with other projects as needed

General Information:

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday- Friday

Length: Temporary to hire

Pay: $17.00/hour
