Product and Procurement Manager

Full-time | P&P | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Product and Procurement Manager to lead our P&P team. This role focuses on driving global strategies, team development, and supply chain excellence across our organization.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor product advisers, developers, and purchasers, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.

• Category & Spend Oversight: Oversee significant annual spend, manage global suppliers, and ensure risk management and margin creation for product categories.

• KPI & Performance Management: Monitor and analyze KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.

• Strategy & Implementation: Advise P&P Directors on strategic initiatives and implement them effectively within the team.

• Global Collaboration: Work with international colleagues to align processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Technical Expertise: Ensure the team maintains strong product and procurement knowledge.

• Inspiring leadership and effective coaching abilities.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

• Deep understanding of procurement, supply chain processes, and compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
