Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Talent Coordinator for our Advantage, xPO team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of the Talent Coordinator is to provide support to a specific customer program and the talent placed there. The Talent Coordinator is a professional who has exceptional leadership qualities, excellent computer and communication skills, enjoys working in a team environment, and can influence others. The Talent Coordinator has the ability to positively interact with contributors to provide guidance and support through labor procurement and management processes.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Perform recruiting activities, including but not limited to, social media recruiting, job board recruiting, networking, job fair attendance and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations and assessments required for customer assignments to maintain a pool of skilled talent.
  • Ensures customer and talent expectations, objectives, and related requirements are understood and met with each placement.
  • Onboard candidates and prepare for customer assignments, ensuring all customer-specific documents are completed and that onboarding is completed in accordance with Advantage Resourcing policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and facilitate Orientation and Onboarding of new contract employees

Strong collaboration, decision making, and communication skills are required to interact effectively with all participants of the Customer Team and contract employees. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
