Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned goals.
  • Identify a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from introduction to program launch.


  • Understand marketplace trends relative to the footwear and wellness industry to make decisions and recommendations based upon customer needs.


  • Prospect for customers through multiple channels, including business directories, cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, social media, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Be an integral member of the Regional Account Manager (RAM) team by analyzing relevant sales data and feedback to help inform the evolution of the line, participating in research projects and collaborating effectively with cross functional team members.
  • Prepare market analyses to determine customer needs and opportunities for additional growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, using appropriate tools and technology to provide timely and accurate reporting of information.
  • Prepare and present thoughtful sales and business proposals consistent with company expectations.
  • Present sales and business proposals via Teams Meetings, or face to face, as required to successfully close a sale.
  • Conduct product training clinics and sales meetings detailing our unique differentiating features and benefits.
  • Analyze individual performance against goal and address shortfalls.
  • Analyze metrics to maximize sales productivity for assigned accounts and provide accurate and timely forecasts to the company.
  • Represent Company at trade shows and account meetings as a complete brand ambassador and subject matter expert.
  • Understand retail, wholesale, and business metrics to leverage a thorough understanding of the marketplace and drive growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the competition and provide forward looking product and strategic recommendations to the Company.



Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.



  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university or a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional oral and written presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Business Application software, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem solving ability.
  • Able to communicate, organize, and act as a liaison with internal teams and customer contacts.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Apparel, footwear, wellness, or PPE experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Valid Driver's License
