Pay: $15 - $18/hr

Shift Requirements: Must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses and organizations across various industries, including healthcare, legal services, property management, and more. Our agents play a crucial role in helping clients by answering inbound calls, taking accurate messages, and delivering them according to client instructions-whether the message is routine or urgent. You'll work in a computer-based environment, handling calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Your role will include:



  • Taking and delivering messages accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answering inbound calls from clients in various industries, such as doctors, lawyers, and property managers
  • Managing urgent calls, such as connecting medical professionals to emergency teams, while maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • Following client instructions carefully, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail


Requirements:



  • Clear speaking voice with minimal regional accent
  • Basic computer skills & ability to type 40 WPM
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
  • Ability to complete on-site training in Shreveport, LA, with potential to transition to remote after 3-month probation
  • Strong English comprehension (written & verbal)
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
