We are looking for a Latino Creative Strategy Senior Manager to join the Consumer Creative Strategy arm within Verizon's award-winning Creative & Design Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our national wireless creative campaigns for the Latino segment, as well as support on any needs that arise for Local marketing initiatives. Your work will involve collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to understand business and strategic objectives to develop a clear creative POV and effectively manage the creative process and output. You will also be working very closely with, and managing, external agency partners.

What you'll be doing:
  • Owning the creative development and execution for in-language (Spanish) creative for TV, radio, digital, and social for the Latino segment

  • Managing the day-to-day with our external creative advertising agency and ensuring all work is delivered on time and on budget

  • Delivering clear direction and guidance to creative implementation teams.

  • Reviewing all creative assets and provide feedback and/or strategic recommendations to make the creative work harder, all while ensuring consistency with brand standards and best practices

  • Working closely with media teams, both internal and external, including digital asset trafficking.

  • Researching category, competitors, target audience and cultural trends to support creative strategy and inform execution

  • Tracking timelines and budgets, and being able to pivot and adjust as needed.

  • Preparing and presenting materials to share with key stakeholders to provide insight into our activities.

You'll need to have:
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Agency and/or client-side marketing experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Are a self-motivated, creative problem solver with attention to detail and experienced in campaign orchestration.

  • Experience with the coordination and communication among cross-functional internal teams, and agency partners.

  • An eye for good creative and are able to clearly articulate your POV or guidance to make the work stronger.

  • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • An understanding of the creative development across channels - TV, online video, radio, digital.

  • Confident verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with Latino/US Hispanic segment marketing.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000.00 and $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
