The Facilities Manager leads clinic condition assessments, minor refresh scope walks, escalations & troubleshooting, frequent interaction with clinic teammates, and warranty walks. This position will provide education and training at regional and clinic levels. This individual must understand reporting hierarchy and be able to communicate and convey the appropriate amount of detail required to keep stakeholders informed. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with senior leaders, clinical teammates, and other business leaders requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. The manager will interface and collaborate with various levels within the organization and must be able to convey the appropriate amount of detail required to keep stakeholders informed. The position requires the ability to act independently with a sense of urgency and confidence in handling a variety of challenges while maintaining high standards of achievement and a full commitment to the success of the business. The manager should be execution-oriented and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment that requires a high level of flexibility, strong time management, and organizational skills. The position provides growth opportunities, recognition, and reward for the achievement of business results.
