This position is responsible for leading and directing all facets of Global Logistics and Compliance for all business areas within LyondellBasell. The key responsibilities of the role include Logistics network design and global logistics strategies including the executing of the procure to pay processes within supply chain. Establishing global trade and transportation compliance standards, monitoring, and audits. Establishing global logistics code of practices, material handling standards, and equipment specifications. The incumbent is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with different external and internal, direct and indirect stakeholders. Be active in industry associations to drive forward key industry initiatives on safety, sustainability and digitalization. This position has 6-8 direct reports, a global team of 90 people, and annual logistics spend of $2.2 billion. This role can work a hybrid schedule and be based out of Houston, Texas or Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Roles & Responsibilities
