Business Analyst

Risepoint LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Business Analyst to identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs. The Business Analyst's job duties will include:

* Identify data patterns and trends for the administration of higher education e-learning programs.

* Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful product delivery.

* Analyze historical trends and synthesize data to identify new insights and perspectives.

* Collect, analyze, and document business processes, system requirements, and acceptance criteria.

* Serve as a liaison between business partners and application development and business intelligence teams.

* Document existing workflow processes and systems, recommend potential improvements, and assist in designing solutions.

* Track and resolve system issues to ensure processes run smoothly.

* Map system functions and data elements from existing systems into new systems.

* Write detailed user stories and test cases.

* May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.

* Travel to Dallas, Texas office as needed, less than 5% of the time.

Minimum Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or a related field

* Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered.
