We're looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our team!

What you'll do in this role:



  • Lead and supervise Mosaic's graphic design team
  • Consult with national office leadership and departments to determine needs to develop graphic designs and brand identity; documents requests made and progress updates in the required tracking system to ensure deadlines are met
  • Serve as the lead designer for Mosaic's brand identity
  • Implement Mosaic's brand standards to ensure clear and consistent articulation of the organization's desired image and position
  • Provide recommendations for design concept, message, art direction, layout and development of final artwork for Mosaic's key initiatives
  • Serve on the Mission Advancement Editorial team to develop Mosaic's communication strategies
  • Provide support for Mosaic at conferences, board meetings and synod assemblies to ensure a professional image and brand consistency is maintained
  • Maintain the database for all materials used in production of agency and corporate materials, including photographs, scripts and videos

Ideally, you have:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years related experience in graphic design, publishing or advertising required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is required.
  • Experience supervising others is preferred.
