Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team, specializing in Mac support. The ideal IT Support Engineer will have a strong background in using Jamf for application deployment and software patching, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across systems. Additionally, proficiency in Google Workspace is essential, as the IT Support Engineer for managing user access and group configurations. A solid understanding of Network Operations Center (NOC) environments is also preferred, as you will play a key role in maintaining the network's reliability and performance. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30 - $42 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

* Design, own and drive IT projects and deliverables to accelerate the integration of systems and processes with parent company.

* Support employees in resolving problems with IT, AV and communications systems.

* Assist in IT inventory, purchasing, asset management, machine provisioning, onboarding and other key processes.

* Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software applications, networking and other technical issues.

* Develop and document best practices, tools and tips, enhancing internal troubleshooting processes

* Manage relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers to provide application support.

* Timely resolution to problems and serve as a point of escalation for team and users

* Develop processes for reviewing, testing, documenting and improving practices within the team around security, automation, and issue response.

* Engage with partners throughout the organization to proactively address concerns and technical pain points.



Experience Requirements:

  • Mac Support Expertise: Proven experience in providing technical support and management for Mac systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Jamf Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Jamf for application deployment and software patching, with the ability to efficiently manage and configure devices.
  • Google Workspace and NOC Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage Google Workspace user access and groups, along with a solid understanding of Network Operations Center (NOC) environments to maintain network reliability.
