Account Reconciliation Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Account Reconciliation Analyst for our premier national lending client on a project basis. This role is fully remote.

• Reconciling payments, bank accounts, inventory, and bills to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

• Reviewing accounting records and banking documentation to identify discrepancies

• Investigating potential issues, identifying trends, and resolving discrepancies

• Obtaining / entering appropriate information in the system and updating various Excel spreadsheets and proprietary systems

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 5+ years of relevant account reconcilition experience
• Documented ability to analyze differences, perform investigations, and summarize results for reconciliting items
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
