Overview TRC is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and enrollment and QA/QC for trade allies that perform energy services within the great TVA region. This position is responsible for leading successful outreach engagement strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering and outreach. Experience with utility or energy efficiency programs, is highly desirable but not required. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for conducting outreach to trade ally contractors to drive program participation and perform QA/QC of applications, trainings and record keeping. This includes but is not limited to supporting the development of the trade ally acquisition plan and enrollment strategy, forecasting and achieving program outreach and enrollment goals; working with the outreach team to develop effective program collateral and engagement strategies to increase retention and recruitment; and attending community and industry events, both virtual and in-person, that support outreach and enrollment initiatives. We're looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who has strong interpersonal and data management skills. The ideal candidate is innovative and wants to make a positive impact. You'll be joining a team of collaborative professionals that have a passion for delivering sustainable energy solutions and bridging gaps between low-income customers/disadvantaged communities and funding sources.
