In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and passion for data-driven solutions to optimize our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). From crafting insightful reports to managing seamless integrations, you'll ensure our HR systems support our people and business objectives with precision and efficiency. What You'll Energize Data into Decisions: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit tools that turn complex data into actionable insights. What Makes You the Analyst We Need Educational Excellence: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience That Counts: 5+ years in HRIS administration, technical analysis, or a related role. A strong track record of end-user support and system configuration. Skills That Set You Apart: Advanced proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and HRIS reporting tools. Expertise in Excel, with solid skills in Power BI, Access, and other Microsoft Office products.
