Joining Collibra's Professional Services team

At Collibra, our Professional Services team relies on Enterprise Architects to deliver on customer expectations. Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Enterprise Architects act as customer champions to ensure customers are onboarded and realizing value quickly. The Enterprise Architect will work closely with customers at various stages of their Data maturity journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large enterprises across the region to support their roadmap and programs with Collibra.


Enterprise Solution Architects at Collibra are responsible for

  • Leading customer engagements by providing consulting services for customers, focusing on identified business value and use cases in compliance with established Collibra Delivery Models, Engagement Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Providing customers with a design and approach that includes best practices, knowledge transfer and business value based outcomes
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management
  • Identifying opportunities to drive Customer value through Collibra Services offerings
  • Achieving utilization targets and help Collibra to grow its services business


You have

  • 3-5 years relevant industry experience in Data Governance or Data Management
  • Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
  • An understanding of the leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms (SQL, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake etc..)
  • Experience with cloud/on-prem software solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship


You are

  • An effective communicator
  • Customer-focused at all times and personally hold yourself accountable for the customer's success
  • Knowledgeable about data management or data-related fields (i.e. data analytics, business intelligence, data governance)
  • Experienced in leading design workshops and requirements gathering activities
  • Experience with Collibra technologies a plus


Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
  • Within your third month, you will be learning the Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology and participating in delivering Collibra Solutions
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering Collibra solutions



Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
