Network Engineer, Senior

What You'll Do:

• Engineer resilient and scalable networks using both traditional and emerging technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

• Explore the implementation of SDWAN solutions to optimize connectivity across distributed locations.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to understand evolving requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Act as an individual contributor or task lead, depending on project needs.

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and adopting next-gen networking practices.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with network engineering for routing, switching, and firewall and VPN solutions

• Experience with SDWAN technologies and concepts

• Experience with operating in DoD frameworks, including RMF, NIST, or STIGs

• Ability to display a track record of solving complex problems

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II, including Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, or GSEC

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with automation tools, including Ansible or Python for network configuration and management

• Experience with cloud networking, including AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with emerging technologies, including 5G networking, network slicing, or AI-based network management

• Experience with leadership and managing teams or projects in fast-paced environments

• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles

• Possession of excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field

• CCNP, CCDP, JNCIP, or other industry-recognized Certifications in Networking, Security, or related fields

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
