What You Will Do
* Develop trusted supplier and client relationships, bringing a focused discipline based on sound economic thinking to the achievement of goals and objectives.
* Lead negotiation strategies, including commercial (pricing, length of term, scope, etc.) and legal terms (confidentiality, limitations of liability, etc.) that create near and long-term value.
* Engage and collaborate directly with leadership and decision-makers to drive successful negotiation strategies and collaboration.

* Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and M&A activity and apply this knowledge to create long-term strategic plans.

* Demonstrate experience initiating and developing relationships related to technical products and creating win-win partnerships
* Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven track record of responsiveness and outstanding relationship building and networking

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience providing work consultation or guidance to key decision makers.
* Experience leading teams or projects or contract management

* Experience managing numerous projects or accounts simultaneously

What Will Put You Ahead
* 5+ years of professional working experience
* Business consulting experience
* Experience in supplier management or strategic sourcing
* Experience with negotiation and contract management
* Experience analyzing industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements in supplier management and strategic sourcing.
* Intellectual property and commercial licensing/contracting experience
* Corporate strategy and development experience
* Experience with customer relationship management or account management
* Contract & technology knowledge
