The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking an initiative-taking and tactical Program Manager (PM) with excellent management and technical expertise. This position requires technical acumen to oversee a complex, multi-disciplinary analysis program in an innovative, and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams of multi-INT analysis cells and for the delivery of high quality scalable and modular solutions to a diverse customer. The position is based out of Charlottesville, VA.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the main Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Government Program Manager.

  • Directly responsible for program efforts, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimating and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.

  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that incorporates all projects into one consolidated view that depicts the overall program schedule status and individual application schedules.

  • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract operations.

  • Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on assigned contract tasks.

  • Communicate issues and solutions to the broader Government management structure as requested by senior Government leaders.

  • Rapidly assemble and execute focused cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent or unexpected cost, schedule, or technical program/contract issues.

  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities.

  • Provide identified technical documentation and support required gate and milestone meetings and project reviews as needed.

  • Provide support staff for base work as well as optional and surge support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of successful managerial and leadership experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to executives

  • 5+ years providing direct intelligence support to the Special Operations Community

  • Expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products

  • Knowledge of intelligence production on facilities and infrastructure

  • Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools

  • Knowledge of, and experience in, planning and executing operations in a high OPTEMPO environment

  • Knowledge of intelligence operations in complex urban environments

  • Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)

Security Clearance Required:

  • Active TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a related area preferred

  • Experience in managing programs of $20M or more per year

  • Experience leading teams of 50 or more employees

  • Experience with NGIC highly preferred

Pay Range:Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00
