Description

The ideal candidate will specialize in providing commercial healthcare solutions, managing client relationships, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

*Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities and other key stakeholders.

*Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base and increase market share. Team leader that takes initiative and drives business.

*Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our healthcare products on standards and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to key stakeholders. Proficient in AWC's product offerings and product positioning

*Account Strategy: Develop and implement account strategies tailored to meet the needs of each client, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

*Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

*Reporting: Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales metrics, client feedback and market trends. Utilize company workflow program, QuickBase.

*Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

*Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues and provide ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities and Technical Skills:

* Gain a working knowledge of CET and CAP quoting software.

* Maintain SLAs for work with customers.

* Team leader that takes initiative and drives business.

* Meet regularly with the internal team (designer, project manager and customer administrator) to articulate customer needs.

* Manage project timing and budgets with technology tools.

* Assist in preparation of proposals/bids.

* Exceed client expectations and add value to the strategic and creative process.

* Working knowledge of furniture layouts and space plans into AutoCAD via CAP and CET.

* Proficient in the use of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

* Work alongside the internal team in the development of color and material presentations, both electronic and physical.

* Communicate with AWC vendors to determine pricing, discounts, etc. align with customer needs and contracts.

* Set up and maintain project files per design and company standards.

* Field verification and measurement of site conditions

* Experience in space planning, typical development and systems furniture layout

* Product take-off, specification of systems and conventional products working knowledge.

* Proficient at site verification for projects

* Compile detailed inventory of existing products (stored or on-site) & record information with minimal assistance.

* Basic understanding of Building Codes, ADA requirements and Electrical/Data requirements applied to healthcare.

* Check all customer drawings to ensure furniture needs are aligned and not in conflict.

* Assist to define the scope of a project, assess customer needs and program design applications.
