Position Summary:

In the Inventory Control Clerk position you will be responsible for cycle counting inventory; performing related duties to assure accuracy; processing dead/overstock/ recalled inventory; completing van inventories.

Your Shift:

Monday through Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?



  • Provide the best possible support to the Operations in all branch locations, Finance and Purchasing departments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Schedules and completes a daily cycle count by bin to ensure a "full" cycle is completed. Researches all discrepancies, notifies, and resolves discrepancies with responsible management to prevent future occurrences.
  • Effectively processes the return of dead/over stock inventory and recalled inventory. Scans all product recall documentation and loads into recall database for CS and Sales.
  • Effectively receives, stocks, sells, ships, repacks, package donations and maintains a clean hazard free closeout area.
  • Effectively and accurately handles inventory adjustments, backorders with a balance, bin moves, lot number, NDC numbers and serial number corrections and expire date corrections.
  • Effectively and accurately completes semi-annual van counts, van inventory reductions and a minimum of three quarterly equipment showroom inventories for all current equipment showrooms. Conduct in person audits at equipment showrooms as specified by management.
  • Effectively and accurately monitors daily reports for inventory issues in bins in all DCs, vans and showrooms as scheduled by management.
  • Generates weekly serial number and lot number audit reports to maintain a clean serial and lot number files in all warehouses.
  • Trains new warehouse and showroom associates according to procedure with inventory management, RF training, testing, documentation and completion sign off as required.
  • Efficiently performs mailroom duties such as processing mail, operating the folder/sorter, operating the postage meters.
  • Update and maintain assigned spreadsheets and report to management as required.
  • Participate in daily warehouse housekeeping activities and actively contribute to improving warehouse operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring safety.


Do YOU Meet These Requirements?



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
