Advantage XPO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and service for building systems in office spaces and R&D laboratories. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $42 - $48 per hour

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems in office spaces and R&D labs, with a focus on HVAC systems. You'll perform routine maintenance, ensure compliance with SOPs, and complete work orders on time. Additionally, you'll coordinate with vendors, respond to emergency maintenance requests, assist with shutdown planning, and work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed.

Required Qualifications:



  • Strong background in HVAC equipment and controls
  • Experience with complex building systems infrastructure
  • Must be able to interpret plans, specifications, and operating manuals
  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to comply with all standard safety codes and practices
