Job Title Transaction Associate Manager
Job Description Summary Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transaction services on behalf of national retail client(s), monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required.
Job Description
- Manage the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations, and all transaction services required
- Manage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals
Develop new and grow existing relationships with client(s), vendors, landlords, and other retail users - Track and monitor the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team members
- Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables
- Manage, review, and approve a large volume of all types of transactions
- Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements * Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process
- Identify potential issues and take action accordingly * Work closely with internal parties such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams
- Provide training and on-boarding support of new team members and ongoing development of associates
- Manage or execute special projects, as assigned
Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendor(s)
Training Specialist, Learning and Development Project Management Key Responsibilities - Collaborating with business units and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to outline and aid in the overall design of training programs aligned with business needs and strategic learning opportunities for the account.
- Successfully and thoughtfully collaborating with SMEs for content creation
- Developing a detailed project plan (includes due dates, status and responsible party) to monitor and track progress
- Effectively communicating weekly updates to Stakeholders and Executive Sponsorship team.
- Ensuring all milestones and learning objectives are met/delivered on time, within scope and budget, and communicating any risks that may impact the project(s)
Instructional Design This side of the role will be responsible for envisioning and creating high quality learning experiences for eLearning, face-to-face or virtual classroom programs and performance support aids. It requires: - Demonstrated knowledge of the learning development project life cycle from scoping projects, needs analysis, design and development in addition to learning evaluation.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, superior skills in explaining technical topics to novices and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to clearly outline the stakeholder's instructional goals and objectives and offer analysis, design, and development options for achieving best outcomes
- When appropriate, draft storyboards and prototypes with the stakeholder for new learning activities.
- Collaborate on the adoption of appropriate instructional technologies that can help advance training.
- Inform leadership of new delivery strategies and training options and include facets of social and peer learning, game-based learning, informal learning, etc. as needed
- Collaborate with the LMS team to upload, test and maintain content to an LMS.
You'll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have the following skills and experiences: - 1-2 years of Learning and Development experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical savvy / Agility to learn new systems
- Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with designing learning programs based on business needs
- A self-starter mindset who thrives on challenging the status quo
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, evaluate and prepare learning statistical data
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple competing deadlines
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Willingness to work with others around the world and develop a global mindset
