Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college/technical trade school, or a combination of both.
  • 2 years of mechanical experience (including electrical plumbing and carpentry).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including responding to emergency calls.


Site Lead Responsibilities



  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance work on commercial property.
  • Oversee subcontractors and a team of other associates.
  • Use electrical skills to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain plumbing systems.
  • Repair interior and exterior finishes of the building.
  • Paint, keep the facility clean, and operate lifts safely.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and work orders promptly.
  • Assist with HVAC as needed.
  • Lift 50 pounds as needed.


Schedule | M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm

Pay | $26-28 per hour (depending on experience)
