Title: CAPV Planning Terminal Manager
Location:Houston, TX

Salary: $112,500+ plus additional bonus
Schedule:Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week.

Focus: This role will manage the strategic and day to day operations for Olin's +35 North American terminal network while executing strategies set by the business planning leadership team.

CAPV Planning Terminal Manager Essential Job Functions:



  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and logistics) and external exchange partners, facilitate the sales of Caustic, KOH, HCL, and Bleach volume through terminals.
  • Manage a team of terminal schedulers, ensuring business continuity for each terminal, as the network resources are activated to meet production and demand.
  • Prioritize order scheduling while managing contracts related to exchanges, swaps and tolls.


CAPV Planning Terminal Manager Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience spanning multiple functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Commercial Business.
  • Project management and team based problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across the organization while identifying and prioritizing actions to achieve desired business results.
  • Prior Olin and people leadership experience in a relevant position preferred.
