What Will You Do?
- Partner with leaders and hiring teams across the business to understand their hiring needs and help them to source, screen and secure the talent their teams need to be successful.
- Develop specific and creative strategies toidentify and initiate contact with potential qualified candidates through various means including networking, industry association involvement, employee engagement, social media, job boards, open houses, etc.
- Source ideal prospects through active outreach and manage inbound applications; advance or reject applications as appropriate based on job specifications.
- Interview applicants to obtain the basics (work history, skills, and salary requirements) and the critical (drivers, motivations, potential). Screen and refer candidates for interviews with hiring teams.
- Deliver qualified, interested applicants for consideration for hiring needs across our Commercial Consulting practice and Corporate teams.
- Negotiate offers and secure offer acceptances from selected candidates.
- Cultivate an active and ongoing pipeline of candidates to support current and future business needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience to MorganFranklin prospects, providing timely updates, a high level of service, and complete information to potential applicants about the company, culture, benefits and job opportunities.
- Support recruiting events, projects and initiatives as needed
What Do You Need to Succeed? Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience recruiting professionals at the staff to manager levels; experienced individual contributors encouraged to apply.
- Successful track record in a search firm/recruiting agency, professional services recruiting team with full life-cycle responsibilities
- Proven ability to source passive prospects and active candidates leveraging a broad range of platforms, tools and professional networks.
- Unwavering positive attitude and commitment to driving results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter who can execute and get the job done, working independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, behavioral interviewing techniques, and other skills related to recruiting.
- Flexibility to work hours aligned with candidate sourcing and communication requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and attract candidates with audit, accounting, finance, technology and/or management consulting experience
- Experience and knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of one or more of the below:
- Audit and Accounting candidate market and public accounting/advisory career paths
- IT candidate market, including IT advisory career paths in ERP systems implementations, BI/data management, CIO advisory services
- Management Consulting candidate market
- Ability to flex across departments and support a range of recruiting needs
