How you will make history here... The People Analytics Data Scientist is responsible for developing statistical algorithms to generate actionable recommendations that will drive disproportionate value to the Campbell's business. The incumbent will need to have strong quantitative background, programming skills, knowledge or interest in the HR function, leadership presence and engagement. The incumbent must possess ability to articulate complex algorithms in practical terms to business partners to facilitate adoption and execution. What you will do... Responsibilities
- 35% Advanced Analytics - Develop and operationalize proprietary algorithms to promote joint value creation within HR, making Campbell a best-in-class leadership powerhouse. Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes and decision-making through data-driven insights. This includes working in partnership with IT and legal teams to address data security and compliance concerns within the HR domain.
- 25% Data Engineering - Retrieve, cleanse, manipulate, and translate complex data into business solutions across the company. Establish and enforce data quality standards, data validation processes, and naming conventions that align with HR master data requirements.
- 25% Process Improvement Manager - Create processes and automation tools in streamlining operational excellence across the HR function. Monitor data quality metrics and lead efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency within the HR domain.
- 15% Project Management - Manage project life cycle and creating plan, timeline, and holding stakeholders accountable across cross-functional responsibilities. Provide thought leadership for the advanced analytics within the function, by providing support in training and recruitment of the new or existing talent.

What you bring to the table...
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, computer science, statistics etc.
- Years of relevant experience: 3+ years in Human Relations and/or Data Science
- Programming: 2+ years of experience in languages such as R, Python, Spark, Scala, Java.
- Solid knowledge of both theory and practice of data science. Demonstrated expertise in some or all of the following: probability, statistics, operations research, simulation, time series analysis, classification and clustering methods, variable selection, decision trees, Bayesian statistics, deep learning.
- Familiarity with HR-specific data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, emphasizing data expertise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with relational and object-oriented data models a plus
It would be great to have...
- Master's degree in human resources, business, computer science, statistics, or related experience preferred
- Experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday preferred, as well as other HR systems and processes
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $106,900-$153,600
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
