Are you passionate about helping organizations evolve and advance their operations? Whether it's strategy development, process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, it comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. Although many organizations know where they want to go, getting there can be a challenge. Thankfully, that's what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It's why we're looking for someone like you-a strategy and improvement consultant who can identify long-term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the homeland security and national resilience enterprise. As a strategy and improvement project manager, you'll use your expertise to help your team assess how alterations will impact business processes and develop solutions to ensure organizational readiness. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices and be ready when mission operations call.

You will provide analysis of homeland security and emergency management stakeholder requirements and lead the design, development, conduct, and evaluation of preparedness assessment exercises. You'll coordinate and manage the relationships to assess stakeholders and optimize organizational performance. You'll lead performance, measurement development, analysis, and reporting for client mission readiness in response to natural disasters, long term community resilience planning, or terrorist attacks. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables and products, managing project schedule and budget, and formulating or implementing effective and timely remedial actions.
