Job responsibilities This role is a Sponsor Dedicated Global Clinical Project Manager II, responsible for managing Phase I/II Oncology Studies on a global scale. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience leading Phase I/II global clinical trials, particularly in Oncology, with a focus on operational planning, study execution, and cross-functional team management. Responsibilities include vendor oversight, budget management, study protocol development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Global Clinical Project Manager II will lead the study team to drive study milestones, and manage risk, timelines, and resources to ensure successful study delivery. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clinical trial sites, across multiple countries. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,500 to $175,700. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. |
