*Description:*
Document Review and Compliance: Reviewing documents to ensure they meet guidelines for reimbursement. High Volume Processing: Handling a large volume of documents and transactions. Customer Service: Communicating with members (banks) to request information and provide updates, primarily via email and phone. Income Document Analysis: Looking at income documents and other financial details during loan processing and underwriting. Disbursement Management: Overseeing the disbursement of funds for home purchases and managing reimbursements. This role involves a significant amount of paperwork, attention to detail, and high-level customer service *Qualifications:* 5+ years of mortgage experience (specifically within Loan Processing, Underwriting, and/or Loan Closing) Must be familiar with closing disclosure*** *Hours:* Must be able to work in CST.
