Primary Responsibilities:



  • As a Manager on the Digital Experience Optimization team, you will help plan, organize, and execute the paid digital media creative and landing page testing roadmap for the Government Programs Paid Digital team along with ensuring content and messaging strategies are deployed
  • This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, passionate about understanding the target audience and has an intuition and desire to improve the customer experience and shopping process for UnitedHealthcare prospects and members through a thoughtful, consumer-centric experience from media to enrollment
  • They will be a UnitedHealthcare multi-product specialist working across all lines of business - including but not limited to, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Dual Special Needs Plans - and with a variety of business partners and stakeholders to manage the overall Government Programs paid digital experience
  • The successful candidate will assist in planning and execution of paid media testing plans by coming up with test ideas based on research, data analysis, and user feedback
  • They will assist in the strategic vision of our digital experience and how we can become the #1 digital experience for shopping and enrolling in Medicare plans
  • Individual will provide qualitative and quantitative analyses of digital behavior to help drive test recommendations and ideas to improve the customer experience and conversion rates
  • They will translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via slides, documents, presentations, and emails to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (websites, landing pages), A/B and multivariate testing, and personalization
  • 2+ years of experience in A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO)
  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • 2+ years of experience in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, etc.)
  • Solid management experience in directing projects and ensuring work progresses
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell the story to different audiences using data
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in Paid Media platforms (e.g., DV360, Google, Meta)
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), troubleshooting, and discovering issues/errors
  • Experience in Qualitative UX & Survey technologies (e.g., GlassBox, Contentsquare, UserTesting, Qualtrics)
  • Experience with content management tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Familiarity or experience with front-end development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with personalization strategies and tools
  • Basic digital/graphic design experience (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Solid foundation of statistical analysis and experimentation concepts; proficiency in statistical calculations concerning controlled experimentation (A/B testing), including sample sizes, statistical power, confidence intervals, statistical significance, etc.
  • Passionate about results, consumer experiences, experimentation, and achieving goals and communicating successes
  • Able to work independently and meet deliverables on time
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
