Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Salary: $60,000 - $83,000

*Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, 10% short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

Join our team as a Buyer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisition of materials for assigned product lines, managing orders from expediting to close-out.

You will...



  • Manage on-going inventory investment for assigned product lines to meet customer service and inventory performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct critical conversations and negotiations effectively.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during projects.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Support inventory related initiatives that target sales growth, improved customer service, and performance of inventory.


What You Bring

Requirements:



  • Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum two years of Purchasing/Inventory Control experience working in multi-location branch network environment.
  • Proven experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with vendors, customers and associates (virtually/in-person)
  • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
