Senior Research Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our team in the Retail Trade industry. As a Senior Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support our business decisions and strategies. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in the Retail Trade industry.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, reports, and databases.
• Develop and maintain databases and models to support research and analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions and strategies.

Skills:

As a Senior Research Associate, you will use your strong analytical skills and expertise in market research to collect and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to support our business decisions and strategies. You will also use your excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate your findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management. Proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or SAS, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, will be essential in this role. Additionally, experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, will be beneficial in managing and analyzing large datasets.
